Acceptance of terms

By using Faida through ChatGPT, the free calculator, or the paid web intake, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Faida.

What Faida is

Faida returns cost-based guidance, delay math, and broker wording suggestions based on facts you provide. It is a decision aid. You are responsible for deciding whether to accept a load, negotiate a rate, release paperwork, or pursue a claim.

No guaranteed outcome

Faida cannot guarantee a broker will accept a counter, pay detention, revise a rate confirmation, or keep an appointment window. Market conditions, broker behavior, and regulatory enforcement are outside our control. Verify broker authority, written terms, and payment risk before acting on any Faida suggestion.

Do not send sensitive information

The ChatGPT app does not accept freight paperwork uploads. Do not send:

• Unredacted rate confirmations or bills of lading
• Full street addresses or precise GPS locations
• Government IDs (CDL, SSN, EIN)
• Bank details, payment cards, or routing numbers
• Passwords, API keys, or account credentials

The paid intake accepts only redacted documents. Remove all sensitive information before submitting.

Paid reads

A paid Faida read covers one redacted load-offer or delay-situation review. Paid reads are fulfilled through the web intake on nibiashara.biz and processed through Stripe checkout.

• First two paid reads: Free (see the full value before paying)
• Single read: $5
• Monthly unlimited: $25/month, cancel anytime

Stripe

Stripe handles payment-card processing under its own terms and privacy practices. Keep the Stripe receipt and Faida case ID together.

Refunds

If Ni Biashara cannot fulfill a paid read, contact admin@nibiashara.biz so the case and payment can be reviewed. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

No purchasing inside ChatGPT

The ChatGPT app does not sell subscriptions, credits, or services inside ChatGPT. All paid work is handled on Ni Biashara pages outside the ChatGPT app.

Disclaimer of warranties

Faida is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ni Biashara does not warrant that Faida will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ni Biashara LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Faida, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall Ni Biashara's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to Faida exceed the amount you paid to Ni Biashara for Faida services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ni Biashara LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of Faida, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Availability

Faida is in beta. Ni Biashara may change, pause, or remove the app while improving its accuracy, safety, and reliability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active paid subscribers before material changes.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Faida shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting admin@nibiashara.biz. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal proceedings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Faida evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Faida after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
