Business contact

When you contact Ni Biashara, we may reply by email, phone, or text using the contact details you provide. We use those details to answer the request, coordinate a call, or follow up on a business service conversation.

Paid work

If a fix doesn't work, we redo it once at no charge. If the redo doesn't fix it, you get your money back in full.

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time by replying to any email from us or writing to twe@nibiashara.biz. Cancelling stops the next charge, and there are no cancellation fees.

Custom work is quoted in writing, and a 50% deposit starts it.

Connected channel terms

Ni Biashara Networks may provide a publishing tool for business channels that choose to connect a TikTok account. The account holder must have authority over that channel and is responsible for the videos, captions, visibility setting, and rights needed to publish them.

• The tool may send an original video as a TikTok draft or direct post only through the permissions granted by the connected account.
• Ni Biashara does not guarantee publication, reach, availability, or treatment by TikTok. TikTok’s platform rules and the channel’s selected privacy setting apply.
• Do not use the tool to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material, or material that violates TikTok’s rules.
• You may disconnect the channel through TikTok. Questions about a connected channel can be sent to admin@nibiashara.biz.

SMS program

Ni Biashara may send customer support, appointment coordination, lead follow-up, and business service notification messages to people who ask for follow-up and give consent to be contacted by text or call. The main website opt-in is the unchecked SMS consent box on the Work with us form.

• Consent is not required to buy services.

No sensitive details by text

Do not send card numbers, passwords, seed phrases, Social Security numbers, bank logins, API keys, or private credentials by phone or text. If a request needs sensitive handling, Ni Biashara will move it to an appropriate secure channel.
