AI implementation for owner-led teams

Give AI a real job.

We set up Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Codex, and Cursor around one painful business job first: customer replies, invoices, documents, website changes, staff handoffs, or code review.

One job firstStart with the work that already costs time.
Accounts stay yoursBilling, access, and data remain customer-owned.
Human approvalNo risky sending, paying, posting, or deleting on autopilot.

Choose the pressure point

Show the customer the job, not the software list.

Most owners do not want another AI tour. They want one thing that stops leaking time this month. Pick the work first; the tool choice follows.

Reply faster without sounding canned.

We turn common customer questions, bookings, quotes, and follow-ups into a reviewed reply workflow. Staff get a clear draft. The owner keeps approval on sensitive answers.

01Inbox patterns and response rules
02Prompt templates for tone, facts, and escalation
03Training call with examples from the business

Start small, then build

Pricing that makes the first yes easy.

Pricing is visible because unclear pricing slows down serious buyers. Vendor subscriptions and usage fees are billed directly by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Cursor, or the other tools in the setup.

Owner setup

Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini starter

Two live workflows, permissions, prompts, files, Workspace settings when needed, and one team training call.

$1,250
For one owner and up to three staff.

Team setup

Small-team AI workbench

Five workflows, shared knowledge structure, use rules, and a two-week tuning window.

$3,500
For teams up to five people.

Code setup

Codex and Cursor setup

Repo instructions, review habits, model guardrails, and one practical local change prepared for review.

$2,500
For an existing website, app, or codebase.

What the setup gives you

Less demo. More daily use.

The deliverable is not a folder of prompts. It is a working pattern your owner, staff, or developer can repeat without guessing.

Access

Who can see what

Account, workspace, file, and approval boundaries before anything sensitive is connected.

Templates

Words that fit the business

Reply, summary, follow-up, research, and handoff templates tuned to real examples.

Files

Knowledge in the right place

Documents and notes organized so AI has context without exposing everything.

Training

Staff can repeat it

A practical walkthrough with owner rules, examples, and when to escalate.

Review

Keep risky actions human

Sending, posting, paying, deleting, and customer commitments stay under approval.

First 10 days

A sales offer needs a visible path.

Small businesses buy when they can see the next step. This keeps the scope tight enough to finish and useful enough to matter.

Day 1

Pick one painful job

We choose the task, owner approval points, and the tool that fits the job.

No broad transformation pitch.
Days 2-4

Configure the workspace

Accounts, files, prompts, roles, and privacy boundaries are set up around the actual work.

Customer-owned access.
Days 5-7

Run real examples

We test with actual replies, invoices, notes, docs, website updates, or code changes.

Useful before it expands.
Days 8-10

Train and clean up

The owner or staff gets the workflow, rules, and next-improvement list.

Ready for normal use.

Tools we can configure

The model is not the product. The working habit is.

We can help choose among Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Codex, and Cursor, then configure the smallest setup that can produce a visible business result.

Partner status

Not official partners yet. Working toward it.

Ni Biashara is not currently listed as an official Claude, OpenAI, Google, or Cursor partner. We are working through the partner and certification paths. In the meantime, we offer implementation help grounded in real use: setup, permissions, prompts, staff training, coding workflows, Workspace handoff, and owner handoff.

Customer-owned

Tool subscriptions, billing, and vendor terms stay between the customer and the vendor.

Permission-first

We do not connect sensitive data until the access rules are clear.

Approval kept

Risky actions stay reviewed by a human, especially money, customers, and public posts.

Questions

Short answers for serious buyers.

Enough detail to remove hesitation, not a wall of reading before the first call.

Are you an official Claude, OpenAI, Google, or Cursor partner?

Not unless the vendor has accepted and listed Ni Biashara. This page sells independent implementation help while partner and certification work is handled separately.

Can you help us choose Claude vs ChatGPT vs Gemini vs Cursor?

Yes. We start with the job: owner admin, team documents, Google Workspace work, customer follow-up, website changes, code review, or custom automation. The tool choice follows the job.

Do you handle subscriptions for us?

No. Customers buy Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Codex, Cursor, accounting tools, CRM tools, and API usage directly from the vendor. We configure after access is granted.

Can this connect to QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365?

Usually, if the account plan, connector, and permissions support it. We confirm the exact connection before promising the workflow.
