SIQ terms and conditions.

These terms cover the SIQ web app, Sherehe Pass requests, partner links, and car-service coordination handled by Ni Biashara LLC.

Effective date

May 15, 2026. These terms apply when a guest uses SIQ or submits a SIQ request.

SIQ role

SIQ is a guide and coordination layer for nightlife guests.

  • SIQ helps guests find public ticket links, submit Sherehe Pass requests, open partner food links, and plan paid car-service coordination where available.
  • SIQ is operated by Ni Biashara LLC. Event hosts, venues, food partners, payment providers, app stores, browsers, and car-service partners operate their own services.
  • Using SIQ does not guarantee admission, reserved seating, a table, a vehicle, or partner availability unless that item is confirmed in writing or through a paid confirmation flow.

Public tickets and venues

Public ticket purchases and venue rules stay with the event source.

  • Guests are responsible for buying the correct public ticket from the official ticket provider when a ticket is required.
  • Venues and event hosts control entry, age checks, dress code, security decisions, capacity, table rules, and final admission.
  • Nightlife events may require valid government ID and may be 21+ even when SIQ is available for planning or coordination.

Sherehe Pass

Sherehe Pass is a request and coordination add-on, not a replacement for the public ticket.

  • Guests should buy the public ticket first when the event requires one.
  • The SIQ service fee applies only when Sherehe Pass fast-entry help, group help, table help, or similar coordination is available for that night.
  • Ticket proof, request details, QR references, and guest notes may be reviewed before a pass is finalized.

Partner food and external links

Some SIQ actions open partner pages outside SIQ.

  • Food ordering, menu availability, delivery, pickup, refunds, and support are handled by the food partner or ordering provider.
  • External pages may have their own prices, fees, terms, and privacy practices.
  • SIQ links to partners for convenience and does not control every external page after a guest leaves SIQ.

Car-service coordination

SIQ coordinates with licensed car-service partners where that option is offered.

  • Shared rides use fixed pickup and return zones. They are not a literal door-to-door promise unless SIQ confirms a private pickup plan.
  • Private SUV or Sprinter service uses one agreed pickup plan, return plan, vehicle capacity, timing, and price when confirmed.
  • Guests are responsible for giving accurate pickup details, arriving on time, following driver and venue rules, and avoiding illegal or unsafe behavior in vehicles.
  • Late arrival, waiting time, cleaning, damage, extra stops, overtime, luggage limits, and backup-vehicle changes may affect service according to the paid confirmation and partner rules.

Payments and refunds

Payment responsibility depends on which service the guest is buying.

  • Public tickets, partner food, venue charges, and external provider payments follow those providers' terms.
  • SIQ service fees and SIQ-coordinated car-service payments follow the paid confirmation shown before or after checkout.
  • If SIQ cannot fulfill a paid SIQ-coordinated service, contact support so Ni Biashara can review the record and provide the remedy required by the confirmation terms or applicable law.

Guest responsibilities

SIQ works only when guests submit accurate information.

  • Do not submit false names, false ticket proof, someone else's private information without permission, abusive messages, or unsafe requests.
  • Guests must follow venue, event, driver, platform, and payment-provider rules.
  • SIQ may refuse or cancel a request that appears fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, impossible to fulfill, or inconsistent with partner rules.

  • Read the SIQ Privacy Policy for product-specific privacy handling.
  • For support, payment questions, pass questions, or data requests, email admin@nibiashara.biz.
  • Ni Biashara may update these terms when SIQ changes, when partner rules change, or when broader public release requires clearer terms.
